All children are guaranteed schooling, it's free and there's no indiscipline. Education is mandatory until 9th grade of secondary school and is free on all levels, including university education. There are mobile teachers, who are deployed in homes. Uniforms and food are free. The first 90 minutes are devoted to breakfast and free play. Core academics take place from 8:40-12:30 and followed by another 90 mins of lunch and games, between 2:00 and 4:00 students engage in learning, such as art, health, and music. At 4:00pm students transition to games and supervised play until they go home.
